Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The product is not damaged by the customer

  • The return request is made within 7 days after receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used hair oil products

  • Opened bottles

  • Products damaged after delivery


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
